2. DIGITAL CONTENT LICENSE

When you purchase digital music or other digital assets from RAW PROOF, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use, unless a separate license or written agreement states otherwise.

PROHIBITED USE

Unless you have obtained written permission or an appropriate commercial license, you may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the original digital files
  • Share, upload, or publicly distribute the purchased files

Any additional rights granted through a separate commercial, sync, master, or licensing agreement will be governed by that agreement.

3. DIGITAL FILE INTEGRITY

You may use digital files for the purposes permitted by the applicable license.

You may not modify, reverse-engineer, deconstruct, or manipulate RAW PROOF digital assets for the purpose of redistributing, reselling, or creating unauthorized derivative products.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from making ordinary technical adjustments necessary for legitimate personal playback or use.

4. PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE

Our physical merchandise is generally produced on demand after an order is placed.

Because products may be manufactured specifically for each order, availability, production times, shipping times, and fulfillment methods may vary.

We use third-party fulfillment and shipping providers to manufacture and deliver certain physical products.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, fulfillment partners, weather events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
