RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL ASSETS & RAW DATA

At RAW PROOF, we deliver digital assets that are available for immediate download upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital media, once a file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, the "product" is considered used and non-returnable.

1. REFUND TERMS

  • Final Sale: All digital sales (Albums, Tracks, Master Kits) are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once the download link has been generated.

  • Non-Returnable: Since you cannot "return" a digital file, we cannot reclaim the data once it has been sent to your system.

2. TECHNICAL ISSUES

We stand behind the structural integrity of our files. If you experience a technical failure:

  • Broken Links: If your download link is inactive or expired prematurely, contact control@rawproofmusic.com with your order number.

  • Corrupt Files: In the rare event of a corrupted ZIP file or audio track, we will verify the error and issue a replacement link immediately.

3. DUPLICATE ORDERS

If you accidentally purchased the same volume twice within 24 hours, contact our control center. We will verify the transaction logs and, if the second link was not accessed, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.

4. SYSTEM STATUS

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand these terms. You are purchasing raw proof—built to last, engineered for power.
